The Cheetahs play the Chiefs then we head to South Africa where the Lions host the Crusaders and the Stormers face the Waratahs See you then!

The Brumbies secure the scrum decide to go for a run, they loose the ball and the Blues now have a chance after the hooter, Braid goes for a wasteful chip and the ball is marked then taped as the Brumbies go for one last run before being bundled into touch - That is FULL TIME

The ball is moved through the hands at close quarters but the Blues are over the line but the ref send its upstairs as he suspects a knock on - its adjudged a knock on and the Brumbies get the scrum

Blues win a penalty from the 5 metre scrum, they are pulled up but had the penalty advantage so they go again, inches short now - another penalty, they tap and go once again

The Blues line out is taken quickly by Benji Marshall but it doesn't pay off as Moala knocks the ball on in the tackle, Brumbies scrum

Blues bundle out Coleman deep in the Brumbies half giving them a rare attacking line out, they secure the ball and go for a maul, keeping the ball tight they grind it up but the ball is stolen and cleared

Blues are pinned in their own half but they continue to try and grind up the field, the Brumbies defense holds as the Blues look out of ideas

Brumbies holding onto the ball but the Blues are able to hold up a maul and win themselves a scrum, Nonu tries to throw a pass across the whole width of the field but unsurprisingly its gone forward and the Brumbies take the scrum

PENALTY - Lealiifano takes the game past the 14 point margin to make it safe

Brumbies slowly mauling the ball into the Blues 22, there is a penalty advantage and the home team decide on a kick at goal

Some great sweeping play from the Brumbies is brought to an end after a great steal from Francis Saili, the Brumbies run the ball back after a Blues kick and Kuridrani has a great run until the Brumbies are bundled into touch 5 metres from the Blues line

Brumbies earn a scrum in the Blues 22 after a Nic White kick bounces awkwardly for Charles Piutau who knocks it on, Tomane runs hard in centre field as they get 10 metres out from the line

Another good grubber from the Blues sees Mogg take the ball dead giving them a great attacking platform from the 5 metre scrum, there are a number of resets slowing the momentum down until the Blues concede a penalty for holding on to the ball from the resulting play

Some enterprising play from the Blues who put in a few good chips, one coming from Nonu almost sees Benji Marshall pick the ball up but it is brilliantly scooped up by Nic White who clears the lines

TRY - Coleman is in on the corner after a poor kick from the Blues winger Li saw Jesse Mogg have a great break before offloading to big Benn Robinson - he put the Brumbies on the front foot where the ball was sent through the hands for Coleman to dot it down in the corner. It is a tough conversion for White, he strikes the upright and it bounces back in field.

Brumbies looking full of running now, but they loose it forward on half way and the Blues have the put in, Hall has a run as they look to break into the Brumbies 22

Another maul set by the Brumbies from the lineout as quick ball gets them close to the Blues line, the Blues get sucked in on defense and the ball is swung wide for McCabe on the wing to score the TRY. The conversion is missed from out wide thanks to Nic White

Its a massive scrum from the Blues who force a tighthead allowing Hickey to clear the ball onto the 22, Brumbies lineout is good and it allows them to set up a maul

McCabe continues to cause problems breaking tackles but the ball gets lost forward by Tomane and the Blues get a scrum inside their 22 which they manage to clear to Nonu who bashes it up but it gets knocked on and now the Brumbies have a scrum close to the goal line

Mogg uses his favored cross field kick to gain some territory as the Blues have a defensive lineout deep inside their 22, Hickey clears but its not out and the Brumbies surge back

PENALTY - Hickey slots the kick as the Brumbies continue to give penalties - they have been formally warned

Blues starting to bring in their big ball runners as Halai makes a good break in the centre of the field - Blues on the front foot until hickey slows proceedings by throwing a poor pass, they are lucky as a penalty is awarded to the Blues, they tap and go and continue the surge

We are back in Canberra as Nic White kicks us off for the SECOND HALF!

The hooter goes as the Blues are awarded a penalty in a kickable position for Hickey to add points on half time. the PENALTY is good as the Brumbies go into HALF TIME 13 - 6 up

A good chase from Li sees him come away with the ball until being brought down 5 metres short but they waste their chance as players pile in to the side of the ruck - Brumbies penalty and they clear the line seeting up a maul from the line out

Another knock from the Brumbies sees the Blues have another opportunity from a similar place at this scrum, the ball is cleared but they go short side and are bundled into touch for a Brumbies scrum

In a kicking game like this is developing into it is clear the the Brumbies have the edge with their long kickers in Mogg, White and Toomua but the Blues are making territory up now through a few penalties and some handling errors - Blues scrum in the Brumbies half

Both teams are happy to take the mark even when not under pressure as they look to get their tactical kicking game working - Mogg has a go at turning the Blues but its too deep and stops in goal where it is dotted down

The game is being dominated by all manner of kicking, not surprising due to the conditions. The touch judge has called an offsides against the Blues which allows White to line up for a penalty which is drifting wide

Scrums are starting to be an issue in this game just like the last as the Blues are gifted a penalty for them to boot the ball down field to set up an attack on half way

Brumbies are making good metres but the Blues pick up a loose ball and quickly kick it out - not making too many yards to give the Brumbies an attacking line out as they continue to push through the centres, its finally lost forward by the Brumbies and the Blues set a scrum

Aerial ping pong between the two teams now, finally Hickey decided that's enough as he kicks out to his 22 for a net gain for the Brumbies, the lineout is secured as McCabe runs hard at the line until Siliva Siliva looses it forward

A massive scrum from the Blues but they are penalised, its frustrating for the Blues pack, the Brumbies decide to go for posts and White nails the PENALTY

Blues look to clear from their line by Hickey is standing in the dead ball area when he receives the ball from Hall and the referee awards a 5 metre scrum

A great take out of the air form Brumbies' Jesse Mogg puts the Brumbies on the front foot as they probe the Blues defensive line. They continue through the phases until they loose it forward and the Blues hack it down field only for it to be returned brilliantly by Mogg 5 metres out from the Blues line

Penalties being traded now as the Blues line up for the posts. the kickis good from Hickey, but short

PENALTY - White takes his opportunity and adds the three points from out wide

PENALTY - Hickey puts the Blues on the score board straight off the kickoff with an easy kick at goal

Another good run from McCabe gets them with in 7 metres. TRY - McCabe again! he runs hard at the line and breaks a tackle of Simon Hickey to go in under the posts. CONVERSIOn - White adds the two extra points

Brumbies have another penalty, this time from a maul in centre field, once again White goes for another kick down filed as the home team search for territory, the line out is won as McCabe breaks a tackle

Blues making good ground now but the ball is held up in the air and the scrum is awarded to the Brumbies, they have another chance to exit their half now but they are instead awarded a penalty enabling them to easily clear their lines

Scott Fardy begins the game with a good steal as the Brumbies look to escape their 22 through Nic White who box kicks it, but its out on the full as the Blues claim the line out and try to bash their way back into the Brumbies 22

We are off in the wet and cold Canberra as Simon Hickey kicks off

Its wet at the GIO stadium with more rain predicted in a chilly Canberra - expect a slippery ball which will probably benefit the Brumbies if anyone with their great kicking players

The Brumbies will be looking to bounce back at home against a Blues team that have found scoring easy, however their defensive effort has been less impressive in the competition so far

Welcome to Canberra where the Brumbies are at home against the Blues. the home team are coming off a bad loss against the Rebels while the Blues are looking sharp after a great performance against the Highlanders
