Crusaders with a late scrum, but the ball is spilled once more and England snap it up. Barritt puts in a well-weighted kick and Pennell is there to score the TRY in the corner. Myler's kick is wide but England have cruised to a comfortable victory in the end.


England break out of their 22 with a great movement but the ball is lost forward as the match looks to fizzle out.


Crusaders keep hammering away as they look for a late consolation but England defence still standing firm with both sides visibly tiring.


England have their whole bench on the pitch now as they look to hold out. The Crusaders pile in again but a crucial knock-on gives England some respite.


Quick tap from the Crusaders, but England continue to defend their tryline well. Taufua has a go at the tryline this time and it goes up to the TMO again but he was in touch.


The Crusaders repond by driving the ball deep into England territory. They go over the line and this one goes upstairs to the TMO but there was no conclusive evidence of a try so they will have a %m scrum.


The second half deadlock is finally broken as Watson shows good pace to go over for England's fifth TRY. He gets rid of a few defenders to score under the poles and Myler adds the easy CONVERSION to make it 33-7.


Myler puts a little chip kick through but the ball wins the race into touch and the Crusaders will have a chance to clear their line. More substitutions for England as the front row gets an overhaul.


The teams exchange kicks as they both look for the territorial advantage. England take it into the Crusaders half and it is their turn to camp in the 22 and bash away at the tryline.


Stuart Lancaster changes his halfbacks as Wigglesworth and Myler get a chance to show what they can do. The visitors still doing a lot of defending although they are holding out well.


Crusaders can't convert the pressure into points as the England defence holds out. It is a sustained period of attack for the home side but they still can't find a way through.


Promising start to the ha;f for the Crusaders as they storm into England territory and Tuitavake is brought up just short of the line. Some crucial tackles from Foden and Watson.


The second half is underway and the Crusaders will be looking to get back in the game whilst England will be keen to keep on piling on the points.


Crusaders are desperate to hit back before half-time but they cannot find a way through and England take a commanding 19-point lead into the break. Join us in ten minutes for the second half.


Cipriani finds touch near the Crusaders 22 and England skipper Slater makes a good steal at the line-out. The ball goes out to Goode who steps inside to get over for their fourth TRY. Cipriani slots another good CONVERSION and they lead 26-7.


England awarded a penalty in the 22 and they opt to kick for the corner in search of another try. Their line-out drive is held up well by the Crusaders but the ball is eventually worked out to Barritt who powered over the line for a TRY from close range. Cipriani adds the CONVERSION and England are now 19-7 up.


England look to respond as they steam into the Crusaders 22 again, but Foden is taken into touch just short of the line.


McNicholl makes a good break and is hauled down by Goode, but the pressure eventually sees the Crusaders open their account with a TRY to Matt Todd after he claimed a stray line-out ball and Taylor adds the CONVERSION to make it 12-7.


Some big hits coming in from the Crusaders as they try to work their way back into the match, but they are yet to find a way through the england defence.


A few reset scrums and the referee has a word with the front rows to sort it out. Cipriani is smashed into touch by George Whitelock, but the Crusaders skipper came off worse as he goes for a concussion test.


Crusaders put some phases together as they start to test England's defence. Pressure in the 22, but england steal a line-out and are able to clear the danger.


Crusaders get into England territory for the first time but then cough it up. England counter well but Cipriani's kick goes dead so the Crusaders can catch their breath.


England have made a great start to this game, Ben Foden goes over for their second TRY. He picked up a loose ball and juggled it to dive over in the corner and the TMO confirms it. Cipriani's kick goes wide but England are 12-0 up already.


First scrum of the match and the Crusaders are blown up so Cipriani finds touch near the 22.


England maul from the line-out and the ball goes to Cipriani who beats a few defenders before getting it away to Gray who gets over for the opening TRY. Cipriani kicks the CONVERSION and England are 7-0 up.


Danny Cipriani gets the game underway with a deep kick-off and the Crusaders waste no time in belting it into touch.


This is the first-ever match between these two teams, and with a sell-out crowd at the AMI Stadium we should be in for a cracker.


There are six All Blacks in the Crusaders match-day squad, so they should provide a fairly stern Test for the England players hoping to force their way into the Test side.
