Mains on the comeback

Former All Blacks coach Laurie Mains has put himself forward for election to the Otago Rugby Union Board, making a comeback after years outside the main rugby arena.
Radiosport reports that Mains is seeking election to the ORFU board.
The 63-year-old says he still has something to offer Otago rugby.
Mains also says he wants to get Otago performing on the field to make the new stadium a success and not be a burden on local ratepayers.
