Bryan Habana on Head Start TV
Thu, 03 May 2012 00:00
Renowned mental coach Tom Dawson-Squibb, a former columnist on rugby365.com, has launched Head Start TV - more of which will be featuring on this website in weeks to come.
His first guest is none other than Springbok star Bryan Habana.
Tom and Bryan worked together closely at the Stormers in 2011 and their rapport can be seen as they discuss the motivational abilities of new Springbok coach Heyneke Meyer, as well as the record-breaking Bok wing's future goals in the game.
The purpose of Head Start TV is to find out that little bit more from top level sportsmen (or women); in terms of how they approach matches or events and how mental preparation has helped them prepare for those big occasions.
