Bismarck du Plessis takes us through a week in the life of a Test rugby player.

The Bok hooker has come through a tough Super Rugby campaign and is on the verge of another taxing Test schedule, so his physical condition is obviously a talking point, and when he was asked how his body feels at the moment he gave some "insight" into his recovery process.

"Every weekend the body feels terrible, on Monday it gets worse, on Tuesday there is a slight improvement, Wednesday a little bit better, by Thursday it is alright and by Friday it is fine but on Saturday you break it all over again," he quipped.
