Cheika starts 'Tahs clean-out
Mon, 24 Sep 2012 11:21
New Waratahs coach Michael Cheika has made his first move by confirming that Greg Mumm will not be part of his coaching team.
Mumm, 32, joined the Waratahs as coaching co-ordinator at the start of the 2012 season, having previously worked with Sydney University and the Fijian national team.
"Taking us forward will require changes," said Cheika. "Many of the team have had to deal with a level of uncertainty already and I don't want to prolong this."
"Personally, I would also like to thank Greg for his input, his time and his honesty last week and wish him all the best," he added.
