Castres fullback Brice Dulin was forced out of France's Six Nations squad and replaced by Toulouse's Maxime Medard.

Dulin, who has five caps, suffered a groin injury in Thursday's Top 14 loss to Bayonne.

Medard, with 31 internationals under his belt, returns 11 months after suffering a serious knee injury in the Six Nations clash against Scotland in February.
