Polota-Nau will earn his 100th cap
Tom Kingston will start for the Waratahs against the Bulls in Pretoria on Saturday, as he wears the No.11 jersey in place of the injured Drew Mitchell.
The Sydney University wing is the only change to the matchday 22 to take on the Bulls in Pretoria.
The game will see the Sydney franchise attempt to build on its impressive performance in beating the defending champion Chiefs 25-20 in Sydney last Friday.
The game will see hooker Tatafu Polota-Nau earn his 100th cap for NSW, making him the seventh most capped player in the state's history.
The Waratahs last beat the Bulls 23-13 in the 2005 Super 12 semifinal in Sydney.
Their last win in Pretoria was a convincing 51-19 victory in 2002.
