Veteran loose forward Todd Clever will lead to the United States side when they take on Ireland in Houston on Saturday.
The American side will be boosted by the return of a number of their international players for the clash with the side from the Emerald Isle.
Speedster - Takudzwa Ngwenya - and flank Samu Manoa, have been representing the Barbarians in the last few weeks and played in both games against England and the British and Irish Lions.
Chris Biller and Mike Petri have also recovered from recent injuries and will return to the starting 15 following the Eagles’ Pacific Nations Cup loss to Canada in May.
The Eagles fell to Ireland in the Pool Stage of the 2011 IRB Rugby World Cup in New Zealand and will have 10 players on the roster who were there on September 11, 2011. Seamus Kelly will start at center and Adam Siddall will start the match on the bench, with each player earning his first Eagles cap against Canada.
