The Australian Rugby Union has made Waratahs halfbacks Bernard Foley and Matt Lucas available for the Sydney team's match against the British and Irish Lions this weekend.

Both players were named earlier this month in the Australian Sevens side bound for Rugby World Cup Sevens 2013 in Moscow, which takes place from 28-30 June.

The pair have been training with the Australian Sevens since the team assembled in camp in Casuarina on Monday.

They will join the Waratahs on Thursday, to prepare for their match against the British and Irish Lions, and will re-join the Sevens squad next Tuesday.

Reds flyer Luke Morahan has also departed the Australian Sevens squad, having been called into the Wallabies camp earlier this week as injury cover for Joe Tomane.

A decision on whether or not Morahan will be replaced for World Cup Sevens 2013 will be made in the coming weeks.
