Ups and downs
World Cup-winning former Springbok captain John Smit said it was a four-year journey that helped the class of 2007 win the Webb Ellis Cup.
Speaking to rugby365 Smit, currently the Chief Executive Officer of the Sharks, said it is all about the lessons learnt during the build-up to the tournament itself that brought them glory.
While there will be many 'ups and downs', it is important that the team knows exactly how they are going to achieve their goals.
