Among the backs Thomas Cubelli will start in place of Martin Landajo at scrumhalf and Jeronimo de la Fuente replaces Juan Martin Hernández at inside centre – after Hernández was injured in last Sunday's Test.

Matías Orlando and Lucas González Amorosino return to the matchday squad and will both play off the bench – with the latter set to earn his 50th cap if he takes to the field.
