Injured Daly makes England cut

SQUAD ANNOUNCEMENT: England head coach Eddie Jones has called up 33 players ahead of England’s first Test of the Test Series against Argentina on Saturday.

Wasps wing Elliot Daly has been recalled after he was withdrawn from the squad that travelled to Portugal having picked up a knee injury last Saturday.
 
Apprentice Marcus Smith (Harlequins) will continue his treatment at his club this week after he sprained his foot in Portugal.
 
England’s forward pack will train against Wales in Bristol on before travelling back to Pennyhill Park to continue their preparation with the rest of the squad.

Tom Dunn (Bath Rugby), Nick Isiekwe (Saracens), Zach Mercer (Bath Rugby) and Sam Simmonds (Exeter Chiefs) will remain at Pennyhill Park on a separate training schedule.
