It's market time in France and the rugby worlds is the Top 14's supermarket. The clubs are shopping till they drop and the big buyers with trolleys of players are Toulon who will be back in the Top 14 next year.
Those who have most lost out seem to be Albi who were relegated for administrative failings rather than rugby one.
There are some top men on the move, including Jerry Collins, Daniel Carter, David Skrela, Andrew Mehrtens and Justin Marshall, Anton Oliver, George Gregan, Christophe Dominici and Frédéric Michalak.
