Bayonne sign Toulouse strongman

Experienced Italian international prop Salvatore Perugini signed for French Top 14 side Bayonne from rivals Toulouse on Wednesday on a two year contract, the buying club announced.
The 31-year-old, capped 63 times, signed his contract with Bayonne - who finished seventh in last season's championship - just hours before the transfer window closed.
Perugini enjoyed a successful three years at Toulouse, winning the domestic title in 2008 when they beat Clermont in the final and was part of the team that lost to Irish province Munster in the same season's European Cup final.
