Team of the Week: Proving their worth
Players from the Crusaders and the Southern Kings dominate our XV this week. The Reds, Lions, Cheetahs and Highlanders are also represented in our team.
At the back, we have David Havili at fullback with Alshaun Bock and George Bridge on the wings. Samu Kerevi and Ryan Crotty are our midfielders.
At flyhalf we have Lionel Cronje and Aaron Smith in the No.9 jersey.
In the pack, we have Warren Whiteley, Matt Todd and Chris Cloete in the back row. In the second row, we have Francois Mostert and Luke Romano.
Ross Geldenhuys, Elandre Huggett and Joe Moody make up our front row.

15 David Havili (Crusaders)
He was quite effective with ball in hand against the Hurricanes and his kicking game was good as well.

14 – Alshaun Bock (Southern Kings)
The wing scored two brilliant tries against the Sharks. His blistering pace made him a constant threat out wide.

13 – Samu Kerevi (Reds)
The captain was the hero in his team's victory over the Melbourne Rebels. His last-minute try capped off another strong performance by the Wallaby.

He played a big role in his team's defensive effort against the Hurricanes. His distribution was also excellent.

He is definitely making the No.11 jersey his own at the Crusaders. He never missed a tackle on defence and racked up the running metres out wide.

The flyhalf was highly influential in his team's win over the Sharks. He scored 20 points, which included a try and a crucial drop goal.

The All Black scrumhalf was tactically astute in the wet conditions against the Bulls.

The captain put in some bone-crunching tackles against the Brumbies. He also got his team over the advantage line on a few occasions

Scored a crucial try in his team's win over the Hurricanes. He was also a nuisance at the breakdown and carried the ball strongly.

He kept the Sharks on their toes at the breakdowns and he also gave his all on defence.

Did a lot of hard of hard work up front in the win over the Brumbies. He was also outstanding on defence.

The big lock was immense in open play against the Hurricanes. He dominated the collisions and got his team over the gain line.

Despite picking up a yellow card, the prop was strong in the scrums and he did a lot on defence as well.

The replacement hooker did so much in the 28 minutes when he was on the field. He scored two tries, carried the ball with great intensity and put in a few big hits on defence as well.

The All Black put in another solid performance in the scrums and he did a lot of work in open play as well.
