He also said <br />that “We have done tremendously well on this tour” Are all the Lion team members incapable of acknowledging that it is not that the B&I Lions team almost won the two previous tests and ultimately the series, but that they actually lost the two test and the series and probably will the last test as well because the are not the better team. What will Phillips and his teammates say then?...... “O Yea we almost won all three the Test against the Springboks but because of Burger and Botha and some injuries to our side we were unable to win the series” Or maybe it will read like this: “We did tremendously well but just did not play well enough on this tour, so as a result, we almost won all three test against the Springboks” Is that what they will say? In fact I would probaly pick Kokett or vermaak ahead of phillips any day. So I dont think phillips is near the number 2 scrumhalf in the world.. SonnyG");

document.write("Mike Phillips is 1 of the top 3 scrumhalves in the Northern Hemisphere, if you look at the French as well..<br /><br />Phillips has made the test team miles ahead of his counterparts(Harry Ellis & Mike Blair), but it would have been good to have Tomas O'Leary on tour..<br /><br />O'Leary has the same physique as Phillips, and if it wasn't for O'Leary's injury shortly before the tour, the scrumhalf test berth might have been hotly contested since Ian McGeechan opted for big backs..<br /><br />Fourie du Preez is the world's premier scrumhalf. He has an ####nal that is unmatched which includes box-kicks, field kicks for territory, crisp passing(left & right), good defence and brilliant decision-making..<br /><br />But he has also shown some weakness this tour. He is a player that accelerates from a forward-goig pack, and in the last test he was unsettled. The Lions dominated the Boks upfront, which made the Boks to go more backwards than forwards in many cases, and this had a big influence on du Preez's game. He actually looked quite ordinary..<br /><br />Let's hope the Boks have the momentum in the Tri-Nations, which will have du Preez playng behind a dominant pack..<br />. Henry the Lion");
