At the moment I think when an action is put in place subjecting a minority to give up certain liberties that they have as human beings can only be proven lawful with a just time reference.
The fact that the majority were being subjected to inequality in the past and therefore there is a need for transformation is understandable why the installation of affirmative action, but when these actions have no time period it makes them inconclusive or violating human rights. If the ANC is serious about wanting more black players in the boks then make it a long term goal (change can not happen successfuly overnight). Start by investing MONEY in to rugby facility/training/clubs for black children/teens/ young adults. The players then have the chance that white players had in the past to play rugby. Then at the end of the day this should produce some great players who deserve to be in the boks because they are the best man for the job. It is a proper solution aiming to be constructive, not destructive like the policy of simply placing black players in the team who ar not the best for their positon (Januarie, Chillyboy in my opinion).
