Schools Results - 19 July

Mon, 21 Jul 2008 10:33

Some of the schools who contributed many players to Craven Week battled this first weekend of term, not all but some.

Paarl Gim who had so many players in the Wrester Province team battled to beat Wynberg as Grey PE battled to beat Daniël Pienaar. Outeniqua who were major contributors to the champion South Western Districts side lost.

But Paul Roos had a big win, EG Jansen won and so did Florida in an epic battle with Monnas. HTS Middelburg won well in their second match against Hoërskool Middelburg and Waterkloof were impressive against up-and-coming Eldoraigne.

Affies who hosted the Craven Week and had many players in the Blue Bulls side, certainly did not suffer.

On Tuesday we hope to produce our first Top 20 of the new term.

If there are results which we should have but do not have please send them to pauld@primediaonline.co.za.
