Griffons league results

Voortrekker of Bethlehem will face Welkom Gimnasium in the one semi-final of the Griffons-league this Saturday at the Noordwes Stadium in Welkom. Hoërskool Kroonstad and AHS Kroonstad will meet one another in the other semi-final.
 
Welkom THS surprised Goudveld High 24-20 in their final league match of the season. Goudveld led 10-7 at the break, but once again missed a couple of crucial place kicks which cost them the game. The Harmony Sports Academy won their match against Hoërskool Kroonstad 50-15, after being deadlocked at 10-all at the break. Voortrekker won their encounter against Hentie Cilliers 35-15. They finished on the top of the league's standings with this victory.
