Glenwood, Tarbes in Japan Final

The 9th Sanix World Youth Rugby Tournament is nearing an end in Japan with a final between Glenwood of South Africa and Tarbes of France.

Sixteen teams have been taking part - eight from Japan and eight from abroad. The 16 teams are divided into two pools.

The foreign teams are Gisborne Boys High (New Zealand), Sinclair Secondary School (Canada), Tarbes (France), St Benedict’s School (England), Gyeong San HS (Korea), St Edmund’s College, Canberra (Australia), Glenwood, Ratu Kadavulevu School (Fiji). The eight local schools are: Ryutsu Keizai University HS Kashiwa (Chiba), Toin Gakuen HS (Kanagawa), Fushimi Technical HS (Kyoto), Jyosho Keiko Gakuen HS (Osaka), Onomichi HS (Hiroshima), Nagasaki Hokuyodai HS (Nagasaki), Saga Technical HS (Saga) and Higashi Fukuoka HS (Fukuoka).

The Pools are as follows:

Pool B: Gisborne, Ratu Kadavulevu, Nagasaki Hokuyodai, Jyosho Keiko Gakuen
