Outeniqua surge on

Outeniqua continue their powerful surge. They beat Paarl Gim and Paul Roos in three days and a week later accounted for Marais Viljoen to reach the Final of the Media24 competition.

EG Jansen beat Daniël Pienaar to form the other half of the final.

Down in the Cape Rondebosch had a thrilling second half to lower Bishops' colours.

The other teams to make finals are Jim Fouché of Bloemfontein, Grens of East London, Bredasdorp and Vryburg who got to the Final for Small Schools by beating Cillie 41-7.

Those five are the only teams in last week's FNB Top 20 who played. It's hard to move somebody up for not playing!

This is the second last weekly FNB Top 20 of the year. The season has slipped by so quickly. We shall have one more after which we will review the whole season.
