Boland coach Deon Davids made four changes to his Cavaliers side for Friday's Currie Cup match against the Falcons at Wellington after last weekend's loss to the Cheetahs.
Centre Piet van Zyl returns from injury and also resumes the captaincy. He comes in at the expense of Cornell Hendricks who had a good debut against the Cheetahs.
Marnus Hugo returns to scrumhalf with Neil Papier moving back to the bench. Up front Whalied Heyns will wear Frankie Horne's No.7 jersey.
Horne will miss the match because of a broken finger.
