Bolla moving to Boland

Tue, 15 Dec 2009 09:36

Western Province's Springbok scrumhalf Bolla Conradie, will  turn out for the Boland Cavaliers in the First Division next season.

Conradie will fill the gap Marnus Hugo left when he joined the Griquas a few weeks ago.

With regular game time Conradie could soon be back at his best.

At Western Province he last season mostly played second fiddle to Ricky January and Dewaldt Duvenage.

The Cavaliers, who will be coached by former Lions mentor Loffie  Eloff next season, also signed Emerging Springbok lock Nikolai Blignaut from the Sharks and crack Pumas centre Tyron Hysse.

Boland's first friendly match early next year is against the Stormers in Cape Town's new soccer stadium.
