Three players on loan form the Sharks will feature in the Griquas team top face the Free State Cheetahs in a Currie Cup derby match on Friday.

Griquas have named loose forward Luvuyiso Lusaseni at lock and Justin Downey on the flank, while Jean Stemmet has been bracketed with Griquas regular Richard Lawson on the bench - pending a late fitness test.

The team that lost 30-48 to the Sharks last week shows three changes to the starting XV and another two to the bench.

Rocco Jansen will start on the right wing in place of Lawson, who is now bracketed with Stemmet on the bench.

Downey comes in on the blindside flank, with Rohan Kitshoff moving to openside in place of the injured Davon Raubenheimer.

Lusaseni is at lock in place of the injured Michael Passaportis.

On the bench Jacobie Adriaanse is in for Ivann Espag and Edwin Hewitt comes in for Gerhard Human.

Griquas: 15 Riaan Viljoen, 14 Rocco Jansen, 13 Wilmaure Louw, 12 Barry Geel, 11 Bjorn Basson, 10 Naas Olivier (captain), 9 Sarel Pretorius, 8 Burger Schoeman, 7 Justin Downey, 6 Rohan Kitshoff, 5 Cecil Kemp, 4 Luvuyiso Lusaseni, 3 Jean Botha, 2 Ryno Barnes, 1 Steph Roberts.
Replacements: 16 Simon Westraadt, 17 Jacobie Adriaanse, 18 Edwin Hewitt, 19 Johan van Deventer, 20 Marnus Hugo, 21 Richard Lawson/Jean Stemmet, 22 Rudi Vogt.
