It is Griquas' first match of the season, after their Round One encounter with the Eastern Province Kings – scheduled for last week – was postponed.

Flank RJ Liebenberg, who was rested – together with other senior players in their final Currie Cup qualifying clash with Leopards – is back for this weekend's clash.

Liebenberg will captain the Kimberly side in Durban.

He takes over the captaincy from centre Jacobus Jonker.

Clinton Swart will start at flyhalf, where he will be partnered by scrumhalf Rudi van Rooyen.

Meanwhile, Adriaan Coertzen, who also missed out in the last game, will start at fullback.
