Large shaun adendorff boland v griquas 800

TEAM ANNOUNCEMENT: The Boland Cavaliers welcomed back  flank Shaun Adendorff ahead of their Currie Cup encounter with Western Province at Newlands on Friday.

Adendorff missed last week's loss to the Blue Bulls because of a one-week ban for a dangerous tackle against Griquas in Kimberley the previous week.

Cavaliers coach Brent Janse van Rensburg made a number of adjustments to his side.

Former Griquas player Petrus Vermeulen has been named at inside centre for the clash against WP and will form a promising partnership with Gerrit van Wyk on his outside.

This match will also be the last for two stalwarts of the Boland Cavaliers - as Hanno Kitshoff and Marnus Hugo have announced their retirement after the 2016 season.

Kitshoff and Hugo will be representing the Cavaliers for the 62nd and 76th time respectively.

Boland Cavaliers: 15 Adriaan Carelse, 14 Logan Basson, 13 Gerrit van Wyk, 12 Petrus Vermeulen, 11 Danwel Demas, 10 Theuns Kotze, 9 Marnus Hugo, 8 Zandré Jordaan, 7 Jacques Engelbrecht, 6 Shaun Adendorff, 5 Hanno Kitshoff, 4 Shaun McDonald, 3 Francois Hanekom, 2 Clemen Lewis (captain), 1 Basil Short.
