Farrell is alleged to have committed a dangerous tackle on the Wasps scrumhalf Dan Robson in the 51st minute in Saracens' 24-17 win in their Champions Cup semifinal at Madejski Stadium.
Under World Rugby's Sanctions for Foul Play, Law 10.4 (e), carries the following sanction entry points – Low End: two weeks; Mid-Range: six weeks; Top End: 10 to 52 weeks
The complaint was made by the match Citing Commissioner, Stefano Marrama (Italy). Details of the disciplinary hearing will follow shortly.
Marler is alleged to have kicked the Grenoble hooker Arnaud Heguy in the 26th minute of Harlequins 30-6 Chellange Cup semifinal win at the Twickenham Stoop

Following the same match, the Grenoble replacement, Fabrice Estebanez has been issued with a Citing Commissioner Warning for striking the Harlequins wing Marland Yarde in the 61st minute in contravention of Law 10.4 (f).
Meanwhile, Wasps' replacement prop Simon McIntyre has also been cited for foul play during the match against Saracens.
