London Irish will take on their first Premiership pre-season opponents on Saturday when they meet the Harlequins at Twickenham Stoop.
The Exiles have announced a 26-man squad for this weekend's friendly, all of whom are expected to take some part in the game against their fellow London rivals.
"We had a good work-out against Nottingham last Friday evening," said Toby Booth, London Irish head coach.
"Their pack was well organised and gave us exactly the sort of challenge we needed, especially in the first half.
"Tomorrow [Saturday] will be different as we step up to face Premiership opposition for the first time this season.
"Both teams will want to give of their best and give all the players a run out so spectators are assured of an entertaining afternoon," Booth added.
London Irish boast a host of international players within their squad, including Topsy Ojo, Paul Hodgson, Mike Catt and Elvis Sevealii, to name a few.
