Ulster taking it up a notch

Ulster coach Matt Williams says he is looking for his team to take the intensity "up a notch or two" as they take on Harlequins in the second Heineken Cup pool game this weekend.
The Australian coach is still waiting on the fitness of a couple players, including Stephen Ferris and captain Rory Best, but says he will leave his final selection decisions as late as possible in order to give everyone a chance to play at the Stoop.
"We will travel with 25 players on Friday night and make a final decision later," he said.
While Williams claimed to be pleased with his teams’ performance in defeat against Stade Francais last weekend he admitted that he is definitely looking for an improved showing from his White Knights when they tackle Quins on Saturday.
Williams confessed to being well aware of the threat posed by the dangerous Harlequins attack but, with a focused performance, the former Leinster boss believes his troops can get their European campaign back on track at the Stoop.
"Our physical commitment against Stade was great, but I would like to see the intensity of our overall game move up a notch or two against Quins.
"They are a dangerous counter-attacking team particularly that pace on the wings. But we should be able to counter them and I honestly believe we will be there or thereabouts."
