Bath lock Danny Grewcock will appear before an independent Disciplinary Hearing in Dublin on Thursday as a result of the red card he received during the Heineken Cup Pool 4 match against Ulster Rugby at The Recreation Ground on Saturday.
Grewcocks red card was issued in the 32nd minute of the first half by referee Jerome Garces (France) for stamping on Ulster flank Stephen Ferris (No.6) in contravention of Law 10.4 (b).
The independent Judicial Officer appointed for the hearing is Jean-Noel Couraud (France).
Law 10.4 (b) Stamping - A player must not stamp on an opponent - carries anything from a two week, to a 52 week ban.
