Biarritz centre Damien Traille, who suffered a fractured forearm on April 24, is uncertain to be fit to play in the European Cup final against Toulouse on May 22, his club said on Tuesday.
The France international, who sat out Biarritz's 18-7 semifinal triumph over Munster, saw a specialist on Monday to reduce the plaster on his forearm.
Team-mate Imanol Harinordoquy, the stand-out forward during this season's Six Nations won by France, is resting his injured ribs in a bid to also be fit for the European Cup final at the Stade de France.
While Biarritz's attention is now solely on the Heineken Cup, Toulouse are still alive in the Top 14 , forcing them to battle on two fronts.
