Fitzgibbon referees JWC Final

Peter Fitzgibbon of Ireland has been appointed to referee the Final of the Junior World Championship between England and New Zealand, referees manager Paddy O'Brien announced.
The other important match is between Japan and USA, for the loser will go down to the Junior World Trophy. James Bolabiu of Fiji will referee that match.
O'Brien also announced that Chris Pollock and Andrew Small were not considered for matches in the finals rounds because of injury.
Before the final day the referees will be told individually what their standing in world refereeing is and the referee managers in their countries will receive written feedback.
