Fri, 24 Oct 2008 22:40

In a game of penalties Glasgow Warriors survived a second-half charge from Leinster to record a 15-12 Magners League Round Six win at Firhill Arena on Friday.

It was Glasgow's third league win of the season and lifts them above Leinster in the table.

Dan Parks kicked four first-half penalties to help the home side into a 12-3 lead at the break, with Felipe Contepomi registering for the visitors.

Contepomi added three more penalties after the break, but Parks' fifth successful kick of the night secured victory.
