Scottish star in Blues debut

New Cardiff Blues flyhalf Dan Parks will make his debut for the region this Friday, when they take on the Newport Gwent Dragons.

David Young has named a strong side ahead of Friday's match - which will be played as part of the Martyn Williams Testimonial Year celebrations.

Parks will make his debut at flyhalf, partnering Richie Rees, with Chris Czekaj retaining his place at fullback and Casey Laulala partnering Tom Shanklin at centre.

The Amlin Cup back row of Rush, Williams and Molitika are back in action - while captain Paul Tito is partnered by Bradley Davies. There is a young front row with Scott Andrews, Rhys Williams and Tom Davies all given run outs.
