Dragons captain drops out

Newport Gwent Dragons coach Paul Turner has axed his captain for their opening Magners League encounter, against Connacht at the Sportsground, Galway, on Saturday.
The Dragons captain, Tom Willis, dropped out of the match-day squad, while Jason Tovey has moved back to his familiar fullback berth to accommodate Matthew Jones at flyhalf.
Welsh International Luke Charteris captains the side in the absence of Willis, while experienced Kiwi Danny Lee starts in the No.9 shirt.
Elsewhere in the side Rhodri Gomer-Davies returns, having recover from a knock sustained in the London Irish pre-season game, to start and Robin Sowden-Taylor gets the nod over fellow international Gavin Thomas.
