Falcons hand Waldouck permanent contact
NEWS: Newcastle Falcons signed Dominic Waldouck on a permanent contract after his impressing performance during his trial spell at the club.
The 28-year-old England Saxons centre already has more than a century of Premiership appearances under his belt after previous spells with Wasps, Northampton Saints and London Irish.
Waldouck spent most of the summer playing for American side Ohio Aviators in the USA's inaugural Pro Rugby competition.
He joined Falcons in August on an initial month's trial.
Falcons Director of Rugby Dean Richards has been impressed by the contribution of the experienced centre.
"[Waldouck] has shown up well and we are delighted to have been able to bring him on board full-time," Richards said.
"He is a quality player, he knows this league very well and we look forward to working with him on a permanent basis,"
