Fenby straps on boots for Sarries
NEWS: The retired Andy Fenby will return to the field after signing a short-term deal with immediate effect at Saracens.
The former London Irish player, who can play on the wing and full-back, has joined the Allianz Park side on a three-month deal after leaving the Exiles in the summer.
The 30-year-old Fenby is a qualified chartered accountant and played for Newcastle and Scarlets before joining Irish in 2013.
Speaking about Fenby’s arrival, Director of Rugby Mark McCall said: "With a number of injuries and suspensions to our backline we are very happy to bring a player of [Fenby’s] talent into the group.
"He is 30-years of age and has played over 100 professional games in the Pro12 and the Premiership, so he is an experienced player. We feel that he can make a valuable contribution to our squad,"
