Rapava Ruskin pleaded guilty and was given a six-week suspension. He is free to play again on Monday, September 4.

The prop pushed match official Garner in the back with both hands during the Premiership match between Worcester and Newcastle Falcons on April 28.

He was subsequently cited following the match.

The incident occurred in the first half of the match.

The RFU Disciplinary panel said: "The panel heard from the player and after carefully considering all of the available evidence, found that this was at the lower end of seriousness for this type of offending.

"The panel imposed a sanction of six weeks which reflects the seriousness of making contact with a referee or any match official,"
