Wallaby gets a week suspension
DISCIPLINARY NEWS: Australia international and former Waratahs centre Rob Horne has been suspended following Northampton Saints 15-30 defeat to Worcester Warriors.
The Northampton Saints centre Horne received two yellow cards for dangerous tackles in each half of the match which resulted in the referee issuing a red card following the second offence.
Horne did not challenge either yellow card and consented to the matter being dealt with on papers.
The sanction for two yellow cards (where both are for acts of foul play) is a one-week suspension from playing.
The player is free to play again on November 26.
This means Horne misses Northampton Saints away match against Sale Sharks.
