Lam: We will bounce back

REACTION: Connacht coach Pat Lam is adamant his side will quick bounce back quickly.

The defending Pro12 champions fell to a huge loss in their opening game of the season, going down 5-41 loss to Glasgow Warriors at the weekend.

Lam said the Irish province will not start panicking after their surprising heavy defeat to Warriors.

"I've been in this game long enough to know you come off these matches and can bounce back," Lam told

"The last time we got done like this was over in Edinburgh and we bounced back and beat Toulouse.

"But that will only come if the work is put in and there will be some interesting footage that we will go through.

"We played a pretty good side there but you could tell we were slightly off our game.

"Errors were costly and spent a lot of time on defence from our own turnovers."
