Los Pumas drop bad boy Lavanini

Lavanini was the villain in his side's 23-41 home loss to the Springboks in Salta where he picked up two yellow cards for foul play and cynical play.

Lavanini received no further sanction from SANZAAR for the cards but was a notable absentee from Hourcade's 29-man squad for matches against New Zealand and Australia.

Meanwhile, Rodrigo Báez and Manuel Montero joins the squad for the tour, while Nahuel Tetaz Chaparro also rejoins after having passed the protocol for concussion.

"The truth is that we are going to face one of the most difficult tours of the year," said Argentina captain Agustin Creevy.

"With a team like the All Blacks it is a strong challenge and everyone knows what they are as a team.

"The second match is with Australia in Canberra, who had a tremendous game against the best [All Blacks] in the world."
