Rugby World Cup 2011 CEO, Martin Snedden says ticket prices to the knock-out matches are going to come as a shock to fans.
He advised fans to start saving now if they want to buy tickets to the major matches at the Rugby World Cup
"Equally against that we know we're going to have to balance out the prices for the rest of the matches," Snedden told Radio Sport, New Zealand.
"So you're probably going to end up with about 12 of the 48 matches that are in the really high price bracket."
Snedden also indicated that there will be long term payment plans for people who want to attend the quarter-finals but he admitted that it is going to be a challenge to sell enough tickets.
Ticket prices are yet to be made publicly.
