Ghiraldini blow for Italy

Ghiraldini, 31, who plays for English club Leicester, was uncertain because of an injury picked up in November and will be replaced by Treviso's Davide Giazzon.

Jacques Brunel's side open their campaign against France in Paris on February 6, before taking on England on February 14 in Rome.
