INJURY UPDATE: Wales and Scarlets prop Wyn Jones will miss the remaining Six Nations fixtures due to a hamstring injury.

The 26-year-old served a replacement for fellow Scarlet teammate Rob Evans their opening win over Scotland and defeats to England and Ireland.

The injury means the prop will miss Wales' matches against Italy and France.

Wales have opted not to bring in a replacement for Jones.

Wales confirmed the injury via a statement which read: "Prop Wyn Jones has been released from the Wales squad due to a hamstring injury sustained in Wales’ match against Ireland at the weekend.

"He will continue his recovery with the Scarlets medical team.  There has been no replacement called-up at this time,"

There are currently no matches being played
