What a wonderful year for Wales - the Triple Crown, the Six Nations Championship and the Grand Slam.

It is the 24th time they have won the International Championship since 1883, their 19th Triple Crown and their tenth Grand Slam.

It is a massive change in fortune for the side beaten by Fiji and unable to get into the knock-out rounds of  the 2007 World Cup. They have gone from abject to ecstasy.
