Bulls release Springbok prop
Greyling has made 67 appearance for the Bulls' Super Rugby side, however this year he mainly played for their Curry Cup.
The 30-year-old represented South Africa and has played three Tests for the Springboks, but struggled to gain form in recent years.
Greyling’s contract with the French side is scheduled for two years.
The Bulls released him from the three-year contract he signed last year.
"Dean has been a great stalwart for us and we decided not to stand in his way to go to France, where I know he will be successful, so we granted him an early release," Bulls High Performance Manager Xander Janse van Rensburg commented on Greyling's immediate departure.
"We want to thank him for his loyal services over a decade and wish him well in France," Janse van Rensburg added.
