Kotaki to make Super Rugby debut against Tahs
The 24-year-old starts in the pack where their are notable absentees.
Veteran lock Hitoshi Ono and captain Shota Horie are not in the Sunwolves matchday 23.
Shokei Kin, Ryohei Yamanaka and Hajime Yamashita are also set to make their Super Rugby debuts off the bench for the Japan-based team.
The Sunwolves have only recorded one win in their debut season of Super Rugby and they are currently sitting at the bottom of the combined Super Rugby standings.
