Springbok boost for SharksLe Roux is one of three previously injured players that has been named in the starting XV for Super Rugby quarterfinal encounter with the Hurricanes in Wellington on Saturday.

Le Roux, Paul Jordaan and Jean-Luc du Preez will all front up to New Zealand's top team.

The Sharks will hope their return will help the men from Durban overcome the odds and secure an away win.

Although history counts for little on the day, the Sharks can take confidence out of the fact that they have won six of their last nine games against the Hurricanes.

In all their previous meetings (20) the lead the head-to-head count with 11 wins, including that special 32-15 victory in Durban earlier this season.

Andre Esterhuizen currently ranks in the top 10 for the most tackles made in this year's competition.
