TEAM ANNOUNCEMENT: Lions head coach Johan Ackermann has made a number of changes to his starting XV for their clash against the Western Force in Perth.
The front row that started against the Jaguares has changed with Ruan Dreyer, Malcolm Marx and Jacques van Rooyen starting the match against the Force.
BlitzBok Albertus Smith takes over the No.6 jersey from Jaco Kriel, which completes the changes in the forward pack.
In the backline, Francois de Klerk gets a start in the No.9 jersey, while Sylvian Mahuza gets promoted from the bench to take Madosh Tambwe's place in the starting line-up.
The Lions are currently second in the combined Super Rugby standings, four points behind the Crusaders.
